Some times the install utilities for programs replace some system files
(eg. in Libs or Devs directory) for older. Other progs need newer files
and not starting. Only way out is good  -  make backup of system files.
You say: there so many similar programs.  But I say:  Only  my  MuckIt!
make it so easy and fast (if you have a good configuration 8-).

   MuckIt! requierements:
        - OS2.1+
        - Lzx in C: directory (not included)
        - reqtools.library in Libs:
        - hard drive
   Recomended:
        - lots of mem (faster)

     MuckIt! use a Lzx program with syntax:
     C:Lzx -e -r -9 a <Archive> <Dir/Files>
(In this version lzx syntax may not be changed!)

"-9" parameter is a very high compress level, so you need more memory than 2Mb.
